I think it's ketchup, worschester sauce and lemon juice? Anyone attempt to make this? I can't find it in any store!

Horseradish!  Can't forget the horseradish.  I also put a tad bit of celery salt in it too.
Insert wonderfully creative signature here …

Ketchup, horseradish and lemon juice to taste....add a dash of lime juice, too. That's how all of the seafood restaurants at home (New Orleans) make it.

No, REAL shrimp cocktail sauce. :P ;D Kidding! I meant American sauce.

Do you guys have the proportions for those ingredients?

I can't give you exact proportions but start with a ketchup base. Slowly add the lemon juice and horseradish until it tastes the way you want it. Be careful with the horseradish....it can kill you if you use too much!  ;) (If you add too much horseradish, just add more ketchup and keep going.) When you have those three ingredients right, just throw in a dash of lime juice and chill. It's not tough because you're making it to taste right to you, not someone else's palate.

I also throw in a couple of dashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce to give it a bit of a kick. If you like spicy food, you should try it.

1/2 cup (125 mL)     thick chili sauce
2 tbsp (25 mL)     lemon juice
2 tbsp (25 mL)     prepared horseradish
2 tsp (10 mL)     Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp (1 mL)     hot pepper sauce

I use ketchup here cause I can't get the chili sauce (I use Heinz in the states) and just increase the hot pepper sauce.
