Why do they make it such a faff to get change? I've been saving pennies to go back home and I'm going to get them cashed in. Last time I did this they wouldn't just give me the cash, they made me put the money into my account. I don't want to do that, I just want the money!

I've never heard of that....but couldn't you just withdraw the money as soon as it's deposited?

I was going to but the lady couldn't be bothered and just gave me the pounds.
