From within the UK - www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk

From outwith the UK - www.ukvisas.gov.uk (visa fees will be on the individual consulate websites)

you want http://www.britainusa.com - the official website of the British Embassy in the US.

Fees= $494 or $506 if applying by post (the extra is to cover postage for the return of your documents.)
