Book swaps?

Has anyone started a UKY book swap? The Christmas card sawp is really successful, so why not a book swap?

I was thinking about a formal thread where everyone makes a list of what books they have to offer and someone can request that book by sending a PM, or replying to the post...

I would love to but I have a 'thing' for my books. I like to keep them and display them like trophies.  ::)
