moving to study next year

I've just made my decision to move to the UK and I need some advice.  The school I will be going to is University of Greenwich.  I'll probably live with my aunt in Pwmbury in the beginning and then find somewhere for myself. Does anyone have advice for me on what I should do from now until next Spring to prepare for my move?

Definitely start getting stuff in order to apply for your visa!  You can't apply until a full 90 days before your program starts, but you can start preparing now.  If you've got to get loans, start that process immediately, for it will take longer than you imagine.  Start consolidating your life, your possessions (especially if you plan the move to be relatively permanent).  Research the area you want to live in.  Read these boards!
