I'm moving to the UK this Fall so I need a UK bank. I've looked at a few websites like Barclay's
and HSBC, but I thought I'd ask you guys which one you think is the best.
Also what are these building society things....anything like savings and loans, I hope not
I'm going to be renting for a couple of years, but if things go well I'd like to buy a "flat"
how easy is it to get a mortgage as a US expat with a work permit. Finally I want to invest
some of my wages. In the US I have an automatic investment plan with Fidelity mutual
funds, is there soemthing similar in the UK?
