1040 instructions and other publications

Does the IRS London send out 1040 instruction booklets - the one you dowload off the irs.gov site is like 144 pages long!! and also publications like 54 about living in a foreign country...this would be most helpful....

I just download the publication and then look it on the computer when I need the info - no way am I printing that monster off!  That way I can just print off the things I might need - like worksheet sections and stuff.

Of course, the instruction sheet for the 2555-EZ is only 3 pages long - that I printed off!

After I filed my first return while here and changed my address, the US sent me the full booklet for the years after. (After which the husband just had to take it to work to show everyone how massive it was!)
