I have another question I am filling out my husbands Land and property supplemental pages.
He is considered a nonresident since he was living in us and had no uk income except for the rental in the uk.
I just wanted to know if I was reading this correctly.
1. If the rental income was less than 15,000 you can put all of your expenses on one line... 5.29.
2. For his rental income he has no tax deductions his income on rental income was only 5,000.
3. His mortgage was interest only so when they ask for interest paid it is like 2500 am I reading this wrong?
