calorie count

Ive been using fitday.com until I came across www.calorie-count.com.  Its part of the About Inc family of websites.

LOVE this site!  It functions way better than fitday, has more options for food, a forum for questions and excellent links to exercise/diet.  Ive never been a calorie counter but its really helped me see what my intake per day is.

And its FREE!!!!  ;D ;D

I found this also recently and it is great.  I began to drink 3/4 milk 1/4 coffee since having children/ breastfeeding (which is now done, btw) and I couldn't believe how many calories I was getting from the milk alone (think 400-500!)  It helped me a lot. So hard to be realistic when it comes to food/ exercise sometimes.

I couldnt believe how many foods were already listed in there!  I love the option of adding your own foods and tagging items.
