No pets into Bristol on Continental after Dec. 1

I just received this email from someone at Continental as I've already booked my cats on my flight. :-(

We have just been notified of an EMBARGO beginning 01 December until further notice into Bristol.  We can ship your cats into London Gatwick under the pet scheme program if you desire.

Bummer.  Even though I live in Bristol, my doggy flew with me into Heathrow via BA.
