I've never thought to do this.  Hmm, I may have to send myself some packages next time I am in NY.

You can get corn tortillas here.

I have to agree with Zenmomma. I don't like the Old El Paso ones either. :(

I LOVE them!   To me, they're like the perfect cross between corn & flour!
For years, i bought the 'proper' corn tortillas from Lupe Pintos or Cool Chile Co, but i tried the Old El Paso ones out of desperation once, and i now prefer them.

No really! They've got the corn texture, but are soft and foldable, like flour!
(or maybe my British citizenship has affected my taste buds?!)  ;)

I don't mind 'em either.  Also it makes when I happen to get nicer tortillas that much more of a treat. :)

That is very true!!!  Corn tortillas & butter.  Mmmm.  Or Mole Chicken Enchiladas.  Dang.  Getting hungry for Mexican food and it is not even 10 am.  Haha.  (oooh, huevos rancheros!)

Oooh, I'm off to the US on the 14th. Was going to take one empty suitcase but might also ship some stuff!!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Oooh blue corn chips!  I think I used to buy that brand in America.  We don't have a House of Fraser nearby.  Actually never been to one.

D'oh!  Time to change my profile.  I'm in Salisbury.  Been here for almost 2 years!
