Maine > Essex > Florida and onward to London
« on: February 11, 2004, 02:08:25 AM »
Phew, Im tired!
Hi there everyone.  I am currently enjoying the wamr sunny weather in florida after returning from doing a Master's Degree in England.  Now I'm saving up and planning my next move back to London to be with the guy that I can't stand to be apart from.
*Thankfully* I found this site and am getting lots of information and answers to my questions about the process.  I really could have used this site when I was living in England previously, as I didn't know how to cope with missing my family, couldn't figure out how to plug in my computer without making it spark, and didn't dare ride a bus until I had been there for six weeks.  Well, Im all sorted with those things now, but its time to move again and this time it involves scary visas, finding a flat, finding a job, and trying to get settled into some kind of permenent life in London while my sweetheart finishes his degree.
Last week all of this had a big question mark next to it, but now I feel like its very doable, because people do it all the time!
so, thats me and thanks to everyone who has made and continues to make this site a fabulous resource.

Hi Lizabeth and thanks for stopping by and saying hi!

I am glad that you are finding useful things on the site and I hope you can find more in the future.

Meanwhile I'll take that advice on family. ;)

Well that's all from me for now!

Hope to see you around the site!
