how many cupcakes do I make?

We'll be having 10 people to dinner, and I am going to make cupcakes. I'm not sure if I should make 10, or 20 if people want to. How many cupcakes to people eat in one sitting? I suppose if they don't eat it that night, they could always take the other home. What do you think?

I would think one per person would be plenty. If you choose to make 20 and they don't all get eaten you can send the others home with your guests if you wanted. Or give any extras you don't want to your neighbors.

i would say 20, 15 is ideal but just as soon as you only make 15, people will each want 2. plus if there are left overs, you get to enjoy them!!!!!

I say twenty too...then send them home with your guests or share with neighbors likes others have said :).  It's always fun to get a homemade sweet from someone!

I love cupcakes!! Problem is I could eat about 5 of em. There is a place in New York called Cupcake Cafe that makes the most yummy and beautiful cupcakes.

More is always better.  ;)

I'd make 20 too.  I think the majority would eat only one but just in case.  :)  I'd keep the leftovers.   ;D
