New dog sport
« on: March 05, 2007, 10:09:50 AM »
I know I am now becoming one of those annoying dog owners, but I absolutely love my new dog. I love him more than I could have ever imagined.  my  poor kids are having to adjust to their new sibling and sharing their mom! (they'll get over it..)

Anyway, I just found out about Dog Scootering.  Has anyone heard of it?

It looks totally fun and our pooch would love it! I'm looking into getting a dog scooter!

MrsPink, I'm envisioning this being more of a benefit to you, on long country walks -- only thing there is you hit a patch of mud & away you all go!  There isn't a muddy smiley. ;D :)

Do you have an agility group near you?  Weston LOVED it when we lived in the US.  Unfortunately, there aren't any places near us now.  Although, it is on someone else schedule, don't know how that will fit in the kids' schedules.

There is one near us and I'm looking into it.  We have the poles that DH and DS use for football training and if we get a tunnel, we could set one up in the back garden.  The kids want to do it.

No freakin' kidding!!   ;D

I'm trying to get in touch with people here to find out how they get around it, or if they bother!
