I got into this almost by mistake on BBC1, and got hooked into it. DH refused to watch for several shows since it looked "girlie," but then one day he was in working on the computer and admitted after the show was over that he got sucked in. He watched all the episodes until the end after that.
I feel like this was some of the first real drama that I have seen since moving here. It's more of what I thought the BBC would be, and I loved it. I'm so sad the series was so short, and hoping beyond hope they decide to have a second season.
I've just been shocked at the lack of original British dramas. I'm still in mourning for the quick end to the one that I was finally enjoying.
