I am moving y'all...and for this costume girl, get ready for the best part:

Its Georgian!!  ;D

bedrooms + lounge, barely more expensive than my microscopic studio, in excellent order, orginal mouldings, great area, zone 2, no agents fees...pinch me!

No, I have no idea how I managed this. ??? But who cares?! [smiley=smitten.gif]

ETA: Forgot to say...the garden + extra space means I can get a a little dog too! yee!
