On my MP3, I have a mix of Cake, Portishead, Queen, Violent Femmes, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Blur, Scissor Sisters, The Beautiful South, Paul Weller, Tori Amos. Cool down...Aimee Mann (Magnolia), Morcheeba, Leonard Cohen, Jeff Buckley.

I need to add more. Some great recommendations from others on this thread!

Scissor Sisters, Scissor Sisters, Scissor Sisters!

....with a little T Rex, Oukast, Pipettes, Led Zeppelin, Jet, Iggy Pop, David Bowie, and Franz Ferdinand thrown into the mix.

But seriously, just try not to jump on to that treadmill when "Tits on the Radio" comes on - I dare you!

fitpod I tend to use..although it may be techno it's got a good pace so it motivates you to walk or run. They have from walking , to yoga , to aerobics podcast you can use. The best part that it's podcast are free so you get 30min to 1hr of block sessions. Avoid the thrash metal fitpodcast...ugh.
But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

Scissor Sisters is a must!

Here are the songs on my "tempo/hill run" playlist.  Their pretty random, but they have a good tempo that helps me keep my pace up.

It's on the Rocks - The Donnas
Rebel Yell - Billy Idol
Go - blink-182
My Hero - Foo Fighters (for those really steep hills)
September - Earth, Wind & Fire
Part of the Queue - Oasis
One Vision - Queen
Uptight - Stevie Wonder
Semi-Charmed Life - Third Eye Blind
Machinehead - Bush
Alive - Pearl Jam
Elevation - U2
Volcano Girls - Veruca Salt
