Does anybody try for reclaim his money from a bank like charges for being overdrawn, charges for bouncing cheques ?

Yeah, I don't get this. DH is now digging out his past years worth of bank statements to try and do this. I don't fully understand it because even in the states they charge fees for bouncing checks and/or going under.  I told DH it's too much for me to deal with and was before I met him but if he wants to have a go at it more power to him!

There was something on this morning's news about a guy who is taking Nat West to court to claim not only the penalty charges but also exemplary damages:
