J.K. Rowling has officially announced the title:
Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.
No word on plots, release dates, length etc...but she did state very clearly on her website that the half blood Prince is neither Harry nor Voldemort.
If I'm not mistaken, the title for OOTP was released about a year before the book...hopefully this one won't take quite as long!
