Just an update for those who helped me in so many ways. i finally did end up getting married in the States on the 18th April. We had to do it all in the states since my Fiancee Visa expired on the 9th March, 2007, and his divorse didn't come finalised til the 22nd March. Anyway, I am FINALLY here now and had no problems whatsoever with the British Consulate in Chicago. Was granted my Spousal Visa on the day after we married and then we were on our way back to the UK on the 22nd April. WOOHOOO Now all I need to do is find employment. Thanks again everyone.
