Mexican food in London?

In London there's a new Cal-Mex place in Soho on Berwick Street called Beach Burrito Cafe. I had a quite decent chicken burrito last Friday. Worth stooping by if you're central and looking for a quick bite. Casual atmosphere...order at the counter and take a seat kinda place

My sister took me to the Texas Embassy a few years ago, and I was not impressed.

It was horrible...we went in 2005 and it was alot better than when we went a few weeks ago...

They were out of everything...no guac...and no chile rejanos...I mean what is a mexican restaurant without guac?

 

and they were stingy with the tortillas and salsa........

Oh that's a shame I used to go to the Texas Embassy quite a lot (worked across the road) and always enjoyed it, although the food wasn't always really authentic, and certainly never had any problems getting tons of trotillas & salsa, or free refills on the soft drinks. The last time I was there was 2004 sounds like things have gone downhill.  I wonder if it has changed ownership.
