Hi there! I am a home exerciser and I love it! I work out 5 or 6 days a week, depending on the rotation for the month. I can highly recommend the Firm. I have also recently started using Cathe Friedrich's low impact workouts, and I have just discovered the fabulous Jari Love. Her Get Ripped workouts are fantastic! You can buy these workouts relatively cheap at a website like Amazon.
