I've used blueberries to make a lemon and blueberry biscotti that I really liked.

They are great frozen - I love making frozen berries with hot white chocolate. You pour the frozen berries in a bowl and then drench them in hot, melted chocolate. It is a fabulous year-round dessert (although best in the summer!) and really easy. I like serving it when we have people over for dinner.
Wed at last on April 20th!

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon
