did you not have to get your paperwork authorized by the USDA vet anyway (or do you not have to do that if the vet is accredited?) I made an appt for 2pm today to meet with an accredited vet to get the paperwork filled out.

I did have to get the paperwork signed and sealed by the USDA vet - hence, the second trip to Conyers with all-new paperwork.

The paperwork/vaccinations/blood draw/etc. has to be carried out by an accredited vet (which most local vets are), then the whole kit and caboodle has to be certified by the USDA vet.  I think what trips up most folks is the concept of "accredited" - there's a difference between being an "accredited vet" and being the state's USDA vet.
