A tip for when booking a package holiday!

Tip for anyone booking anything to do with your travel...........


 If you request a certain item..or ask any pertinant questions about the hotel...resort...flight...meals...or request anything like veg meals...a cot or anything that you DEAM IMPORTANT to you....always ALWAYS get the name and extension number (if they have one) of the person you spoke with and has told you yes they can do this or that!

Cause then when you don't get what you want or you have been given the wrong information you can say so and so told me that it was this way or that.......

and also if you don't like something in the resort and you have a Rep with the company that you booked with.......COMPLAIN!!!!!!!!! and get a complaints form filled out!!! Don't just accept that is has to be this way. Especially if you have booked something and requested something special! Always take along your booking and confirmation forms...


Also...make sure that what you have requested is on your final confirmation form...cause if it isn't on that you can guarantee it hasn't or wont be passed onto the flight or the hotel!
