Anyone found pepperoncinis in edinburgh?
« on: June 13, 2007, 04:17:10 PM »
I've been living here for a year and a half and have been unable to find pepperoncinis, you know those spicy hot peppers we put on sandwiches back in CA and NY. (I'm not looking for jalapenos) My sis sometimes brings them for me from the States. Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

I have noticed that ASDA in Belfast anyway is selling what appears to be them (too chicken to try) in the Olive section.

sounds like an Italian word... why dont you try the famous Valvonna & Crolla deli?  It's near the Playhouse.

Thanks Q-G, I've tried there already but they didn't have them  :(
But I'll give the Sainsburys in Craigleith a whirl  ;D
