You may be able to file as a nonresident. You are taxed only on your income from the UK, not from outside the UK. The other options are to file as a UK resident or a UK split-year resident.
To determine the actual options would require much more information than can be handled in a simple forum. You can call HMRC directly (anonymously, of course!!!!) and read their information pages on residency and nonresidency. Once you understand the background material a bit better, if you are still uncertain, you can then call an accountant and discuss the case over the phone.
Putting things in writing before you understand the consequences is a bad idea - verbal is safer.
