Where to stay in Vegas?

Paris?

My geography is a little off.
The name of the hotel is "Tuscany Suites". I like it because its not a mob scene (small) good location, relatively new.
The Paris maybe expensive.

I would never stay at the hotels that have been mentioned by some of you.
To me they are tacky.

Tacky? Isn't that what Vegas is about?  Guess my big concern was to stay someplace clean, in a good location for a good value.

it's hard to find a place in Vegas that isn't tacky! LOL.. there's so many flashing lights and terrible carpet choices in the casinos

I agree! That's the beauty of Vegas!

I recently lived in LV for 5 years. MY biggest concern would be personal safety. I won't elaborate on that. Just remember their slogan "What happen here stays here" I have my own interpretation of "what stays here".
