We're considering it over here but so far the consensus is to not go down that route; too much of a loss, they are really just buying a lack of patience. I'd love to have the house sale done and dusted in a week but we are looking at a loss of possibly £50,000 if we give in to temptation instead of waiting for the market to pick up even a wee bit.
So if anyone has done it, I'd also be interested in their take on it.
