For a childs bedroom. I don't know anything about them. Nothing at all, except what they do.

For a quick look at gadgets, do a search on AmazonUK for air cleaners, air filters. We got some air cleaners for @ £35 that sucks the dust and stuff out of the air, they did make it feel fresher, but the replacement filters are harder to get here (but easily available at Target - see the pro & con thread for ruminations on this theme, lol). But looking at what's on Amazon will give you an idea of what's out there? Until someone else comes along here with better info. :)
