Bath Literature Festival '08
« on: February 08, 2008, 09:15:04 PM »
Just putting it out there that the Bath Literature Festival is being held Feb 23-Mar 2. You can find out about the different authors/speakers and events at www.bathlitfest.org.uk

One interesting looking one is a talk by Professor Kathleen Burk about the differences/connections between America and Britain.

Thanks for the link and heads up. I'd forgotten it was that soon.
Another shameless promotion for www.mclevey.com, the best place on the internet to buy art.

I've already got my tickets! We're going on the last day (2 March) and are participating in the 'Big Read' with Margaret Drabble, discussing The Sea Lady; Gyles Brandreth doing some classic English murder mysteries; and a discussion of Chechnya with Arkady Babchenko and Asne Seierstad.

I can't wait!  ;D
