UK bridal stuff?

Hi everyone,

My sister is getting married in February, and I am maid of honour.

We are throwing her a suprise bridal shower before Christmas, and I would love to get her something "English". Her fiance is 35, she is nearly 30, so they are semi-established. She is still a grad student, but she is not at all into china, silver, etc. (so Wedgewood would be out ) I already have the wedding gift sorted (I am making her dress).

So, any Ideas for the shower?

I had an English tea fro mine, it was lovely.  My mom#s friend had it all catered, was a huge hit.

How wonderful you are making her dress!  You have to post a picture of it!
