Can someone else travel with my cats
« on: November 07, 2007, 07:44:32 PM »
My father-in-law was going to try and come and take our 3 cats to England with him when the 6 months is up and they can fly so that we can concentrate on just getting us, our 2yo, and our house stuff all moved.  Do they care who flies with the cats as long as the paperwork is all in order??

No, they don't care. I was already in the UK when my cats came over, and they flew with a pet relocation service, so no one even flew 'with' them. As long as all your paperwork is in order your FIL can fly with them!

My brother moved my cat and they didn't even go on the same flight!  They put kitty on an earlier flight so she'd be cleared and ready to go by the time my brother arrived.

Excellent!  Thanks for the info.  I didn't think it would be a big deal, but just wanted to be absolutely sure!
