Well, after 4 weeks in the UK we are finally getting a bit more settled. We moved into our house this weekend -- rented furniture, etc., until our shipment arrives, but cheaper than paying rent at two places. I have a BT line, so I can get online anytime I want, with my own computer! Bank accounts are sorted, Cole started school this past week and loves it, and I get a car this week. Life is getting better, bit by bit. It's been a huge adjustment uprooting our comfortable life in the US and moving over here, but I think we'll make it. Hubby's job is going very well, and I am continuing my involvement with the London chapter of a volunteer organization I am a member of. Thanks for all the info and help that members have provided. I hope to be "around" more from now on.
