Nigella's Hokey Pokey
« on: November 08, 2007, 06:24:05 PM »
Hi guys!

I need a bit of help.  My husband really wants me to make Nigella's hokey pokey from the Nigella Express series/book but my book is in sitting somewhere in the Port of Miami along with the reste of my stuff.  I have found a couple recipes online but I don't trust them!  Would any of you who have the book be kind enough to give me the recipe???  TIA!!!

June

I have the book, but this was faster to get to you.  Pretty much exactly what she says to do.

Thanks!  That is the recipe I found but I wasn't sure about. Glad to know it's the right one!

I just checked that recipe and it sounds much like what we call puff candy up here.

Is it the same I wonder?
Still tired of coteries and bans. But hanging about anyway.
