Hi Jeannine
Hang tight – I am sure you will hear something very soon. We sent our forms off at 5PM on January 12. My credit card was charged the fee on January 16th. We received the Notice of Approval of Petition on January 26th. Our final packet was received the first part of March (can’t remember the date) with an interview appointment for April 5th!
Although this thread is a little confusing – you will have most all of our stories listed here.
Have you applied for the police certificate yet?
Keep us posted!

Hi again all,
Well I emailed the London embassy and was told the processing time for my I-130 application would be 6-8weeks...But I was told to send in the DS 230 to speed along the process....yes, we sent for the police records today, hope that wont take too long....was really hoping to have all this behind us before we went over to the states for a trip at the end of May for my daughters high school graduation....guess secretly I was hoping we would ahve had his visa by then and we could stay, at least save us more airfare....anyway, thats not going to happen...so I wait..
