Are you a chocoholic, by any chance, ksand?!
Definitely, lol! When I was little my parents decided that I was allergic to chocolate - it made me 'hyper' (damn those orange Smarties), so I was only allowed to eat chocolate once or twice a year (birthday/Christmas) and even then, I usually had to eat Milky Bars or Caramac
. So I'm more than making up for that deprivation now
.
Actually, I know that I like the majority of 'normal' (i.e. healthy, non-chocolate related) food there and that I can buy most everyday items when I get there, so my priorities for things to bring with me are treats that I can enjoy occasionally
. Plus, the food items I really want to take with me (local cheeses, Kingsmill bread, sausage rolls, milk etc.) will either go stale or be refused through customs.
