Are There LARGE VAN Type Taxi's to Heathrow ?

Hiyall!

Travelling back to the States with a large 9pc Luggage and i am having a hard time trying to find a cab company here in London that has a large enough car to transport 9 pieces of large luggage plus two passengers.

Any speedy response is cheerfully appreciated.

Yes, I got a van when I moved here.  Try Meadway 020 8458 5555 - I don't think they were the ones I used but they are my usual company and they are very good.  We just used them when we had 4 adults and LOTS of luggage.  You need to ask for a people mover, I think it's called?

definitely ask for a people carrier and mention the amount of luggage you will have.

Oddly, without fail, whenever I book a cab to go TO the airport I get a people carrier but when I book one to pick me up, I get a car. Now that's usually when I need the most space!

From my understanding of cab sizes, we would need an 8 passenger van, its the largest size you can get from what i've been told...just hope we can fit 9 large suitcases + two passengers in it.
