What documents are you putting into the bundle of evidence from his side and from both of you?

Council tax letter
Letter from beneficial finance
paystub
letter from his employer
letter from his union
statement from argos
ebay statement
letter about his retirement plan
travel insurance policy letter
home insurnace policy letter

This looks fine.  If you are stressing out about it *AND* the address on the DL jives with any of the addresses in this bundle, then put the DL into the bundle.  If it does not jive, then I would forget it.

Does the ebay statement have the full URL on the bottom of the print-out?  Same for Argos?

And home insurance, addressed to you or him or both?

yep to all, except the argos statement doesnt have the URL address because it was sent in the post,which is fine.

I have a bit more evidence,letter wise,to make up for the lack of passport. I have about 2-4 letters for each month evenly addressed to us both. Is there a such thing as "too much" evidence?

URL ? is this for reciepts if you pay for something on line? sorry being thick we have loads of stuff like that but we did not know if we could use them as proof for the visa.

a URL - website address for argos statement. Some companies do this now instead of sending you a statement in the post - saves trees etc
