hyperlinks

I've noticed that a lot of people are able to put in a link to another site and have their own words in place of the full web address. How do you do that?

Take a look at this: http://talk.uk-yankee.com/index.php?action=help;page=post#bbcref

It shows all the different code for the boards and how to make the hyperlinks

You just have to type in the following, removing the spaces(if i try to show you without the spaces, it changes to a hyperlink because of the code):

[ url = http://www.webpage.com] text here [ / url]

Also, if you want to show code, you can include the code in code tags. It's the button with the hash symbol #. :)

Code: [Select]
text here
