just saw a riddle on another website, and thought it maybe fun to start a thread on here

Young boy and his dad are in a car accident, both are seriously injured, one is taken one hospital the other is taken to another a few miles away
The boy goes into surgery for his injuries, the surgeon says " I can't operate on him, he's my son"
