What's this tingling?

Last night I was folding clothes from the dryer and I noticed some tingling in my limbs. I thought it was static from the laundry but today it's till there. It's not isolated it's tingly all over just like someone taking tiny pins and randomly poking at my body. Any idea what this is? I'm more aware of my health at the moment because I'm on a different eating plan. I had my blood pressure taken before I started my diet and I was fine but worry this may be a blood pressure problem? Does anyone have any idea?

No clue.  I'd call NHS Direct and ask
