Mujadarra...
« on: March 02, 2008, 06:52:40 PM »
I want to make mujadarra and have a recipe but there's really no seasoning (besides salt & pepper) in the recipe.  Can anyone confirm if this is normal for mujadarra?  I just don't want it to be bland!

Does yours have onion in it?  I would think it should be quite nice as most recipes I have seen and the one I have eaten had a lot of onions in it.
If I was making it I'd put in garlic... but I live for garlic! :)  Hope it comes out good!
