House Price website

This is a great one for telling you how much homes on your street sold for - or in areas you're looking to buy so you have an idea what the market is actually like.

That's a new one I hadn't seen yet, thanks.

If you're interested in historical average prices in your postcode split by detached/semi-detached/terraced/flats try this feature on upmystreet (graph goes to 2003 but data below goes back to 95)

http://www.upmystreet.co.uk/property-prices/trends/terraced/l/se10+8.html

For the real property geeks, go to this site and enter first part of your postcode:

http://www.houseprices.co.uk/e.php?q=se10&n=100

If search is set to "100" you get 2000 of the last sales in your postcode (20 pages with 100 each).  Being a total numbers geek I copied this into a spreadsheet and I've got 7 years of sales in my neighbourhood, split by type, tenure (freehold vs leasehold), and new vs old.

I'm pathetic   :-\\\\

You might want to edit the links so they don't show the post code you last entered.

I needed a postcode for one link to show the graph.  Besides, I'm not so bothered as people who read this website often know I live in Greenwich anyway (it's in my profile too), and anyone who wants to stalk me is even more pathetic than me  ;)

No worries, just thought I'd give you a heads up in case you didn't realize it. :)
