Verified by Visa
« on: March 25, 2008, 05:23:50 PM »
I have a Bank of America Military Bank check card. Today I tried paying a bill online and I got the "Verified by Visa" questions form. I filled out the form but it wouldn't go through because of my phone number doesn't fit in the required boxes. Does anyone else have trouble with "Verified by Visa"? I've never come across this before.

I've used it before. I'm sure I've used my American cards on it but I do have a US address that those are registered to. Pretty sure I've used UK cards as well as I think the Virgin Trains site uses it. I can't recall if there was a difference between the US/UK version though. Sorry, I know that doesn't really help. Is there a web site you can find and see if there is a customer support number?
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Hi. Yes, earlier I spoke to a chap at Bank of America and he had to register me on the phone because the online form wouldn't accept my 'zip code'. I'll have to give them a ring. Thanks for replying anyway!
