Pad Thai!
« on: March 29, 2008, 10:50:22 PM »
In my opinion, the most fantastic Pad Thai of all time...  And I made it myself!

http://chezpim.typepad.com/blogs/2007/01/pad_thai_for_be.html

It's not actually a recipe...  But if you take the time to read through it a few times, the end result is well worth the time to go through and truly understand how to do it right.  And I was able to order all the ingredients from Sainsburys.

Just had to share after a fantastic dinner!  Enjoy!

It does!  Just wish Ross didn't hate Thai food so, or I'd give it a whirl.  I love it - my parents have a Thai friend and she'd make it every time she had a party.  Mmmmm.....
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

I do love pad thai noodles - despite the decadence factor involved in the ingredients.

Blue Dragon does a ready made jarred sauce for Pad Thai that is soooo yummy.

It really is amazing!  Just don't get discouraged by the lack of a traditional recipe.  And the best part is, even if it doesn't turn out perfectly the first time or two, it still tastes great!
