NYC Consulate Appointments....Online form not working???!!!

I hope it's just not set up or something because i need to make an appointment for September 2004 and the calendar is showing no availibilty for the next 2 YEARS!

i woke up extra early on my wedding day (april 16th) to book an appointment for april 30th. i think you can only book two weeks
in advance...
