I'm disappointed that Lucinda is gone, whilst I never believed she would win I did enjoy watching her.

Sir Al didn't even recap to Helene what his colleagues thought about her.

Says a lot...?

I didn't catch how old Alex was?  Anyone?  ;)

I think it's got to be Claire to win, even though I can't stand watching her.

I can't believe Alex lied on his CV.  I was cringing when I was watching it.   :-\\\\

Actually, it was Lee that fibbed his CV.

While I like Lucinda personally, I think it was a wise decision for her to be fired - for all the same reasons Sir Alan profiled (she's a 'contractor', she works well as team leader but not team player, she can be a bit eclectic).  I did peg Claire and Lee in the final at the beginning of the episode, changing to Alex/Claire towards the end.  I honestly think that Claire will win, but it was surprising that people had such a positive spin on Alex.  I DO find him a bit boring, but there's also the fairly valid point that he's an APPRENTICE, which is exactly what the show is about.  Helene is obviously a very competent, wonderful businesswoman, so it's just a matter of whether Sir Alan prefers moldability over wisdom.  I've always LIKED Helene, I just don't think she'll win :-(.  SA shows clear favoritism for Claire.

Ah I got the names mixed up.

I think Claire will win in the end.  I don't know if I like her too much but I'd rather she win than any of the other contestants that are left.

Lee - rough diamond made good - always nice to see.

Helene - suggestion for the fragrance name 'girth'....hilarious  ;D

Clare - equally deserving and will not be short of offers.

Priceless!

Up until tonight, I think I preferred Lee to Claire, but I switched to her tonight. I thought she did a great job and showed much more grit under pressure. I'm not sure Lee has the backbone necessary to cut it.  :-\\\\
