Does anybody know where information can be found about pets flying in the cargo area? Such as tempratures, what your pet can expect, how early they are actually loaded onto the plane, how they are strapped down, etc?
I am SO nervous about them flying in the cargo area (as I am sure you all were). I think it would just help me to know the in's/out's of the situation for my own peace of mind.
I have tried E-Mailing the BMI Cargo company and they don't really answer my questions, figured since most of you have gone thru this you may have run across the answers to some of these concerns.
Thanks for any info,
~ Christine
Also... I finally got my vet to fill out the 998 forms correctly and I am going to scan/post everything I have to date to see if you guys can spot any errors. I have an appointment at the USDA Office in Austin this Friday 6/27 @ 1:00pm and they refuse to review the scanned documentation before Friday. They say they don't have the man power to do so. But seeing as how it is a 3 hour drive there and a 3 hour drive back figured if I post it here you guys might be able to head off any issues that I can try to get fixed before Friday!
