I saw this headline about a stomach bug found in tap water. Could this be affecting you?

club soda with a few dashes of aromatic bitters and a squeeze of lime helps a bit... i think ginger (as in ginger ale, or just chewing a piece of raw ginger) is known to help nausea.

not sure what could be causing it, but i know i had nausea for a long time due to a large ovarian cyst. any history with these?  any abdominal pain, headaches, other symptoms?  could it be birth control or anything like that?

hope you feel better soon!   :)

You can buy Mottillium here but you have to ask the chemist for it as they keep it behind the counter.  :)

When my mum was ill she was constantly fighting nausea and vomiting and swore that flat diet coke helped.

Ugh, I know how you feel.  I have been battling the same, and was told to keep a food diary.  Boring, yes, but effective!  I had no idea until I saw it written down what was bothering my stomach.  Your body can develop allergies and intolerance to certain foods at any point in your life.
